Arlington Tech Launchpad: Market Entry and Expansion in Arlington, Virginia Program Application

Program Dates: Monday, April 27 – Wednesday April 29, 2026 

Application for the Arlington Global Security Launchpad, a three-day immersion program for technology companies in aerospace and space, cybersecurity, defense and global security, dual-use technologies and other closely related industries. This program is designed for international and domestic companies located outside the Washington, D.C. region that are seeking to enter or expand in the U.S. market, particularly within the global security innovation ecosystem.

An elite group of 25 global innovators will be selected to participate. Applying to this program offers companies a unique opportunity to accelerate their U.S. expansion by connecting directly with Arlington’s global security, cybersecurity and innovation ecosystem.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application, the applicant authorizes Arlington County, Virginia—through Arlington Economic Development (AED) and the Arlington Tech Launchpad—to conduct due diligence, including the verification of all information provided. This may include verification of the applicant’s organizational status, principal place of business, revenue, and funding sources, and consent is granted for third parties to release such information to Arlington County and its program administrators.

Program Benefits and Participation

Selected companies will receive a comprehensive and supported experience designed to accelerate their U.S. market entry and expansion in Arlington, Virginia. Benefits include:

• Full program participation at no registration cost (please note: participants are responsible for round-trip airfare to the Washington, D.C. area and hotel accommodation at the designated partner hotel)
• Local transportation provided for all official program activities
• Meals included during scheduled sessions, visits, and networking events
• Proof of travel (e.g., airfare receipt) must be provided to confirm participation

Program Survey

Complete a brief 5-minute survey at the end of the program to share feedback, and participate in short follow-up check-ins at 3, 6, and 12 months.

Program Attendance

Attend the full 3 Day Immersion Program (April 27 – 29, 2026) and adhere to all guidelines set by Arlington Tech Launchpad.

Program Conduct

Understand that misuse of participation may result in disqualification from future Arlington County programs.

Media Authorization

Authorize Arlington County (through AED) to photograph or video my company’s representative during the Program and to use these images or videos for promotional purposes, in all media formats, on a non-exclusive and irrevocable basis.

Certification and Authorization
